Objective:

Create and launch the brand for a new live music venue coming out of the pandemic and help generate enough ticket sales in the first year to establish a sustainable model.

Strategy:

From the name, to the logo, to the brand guidelines, and day-to-day marketing, we worked to refine an identity that resonated with concert and festival-goers drawn by the headlining talent and welcoming vibes.

Results:

The result was a resounding (pun intended) success as Wild Acre Live attracted more than 10,000 attendees in its first full year of operations.

BRAND & MEDIA GUIDELINES

Everything begins with brand and we created comprehensive guidelines for how the Wild Acre Live brand should be reflected in any context including social and beyond.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Content strategy reflected the values of community creation and relied heavily on Instagram reels incorporating trending audio to ensure reach extended well beyond account followers 

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

We applied the values of the Wild Acre Live brand beyond social with an IRL Ambassador program that in turn further amplified WAL social. The ambassadors shared their POVS on social media, giving behind-the-scenes insight and artist spotlights. Through the Ambassador program, Wild Acre Live bridged the gap between its online and offline presence, leveraging the power of com- munity and personal connections to enhance the concert experience and strengthen its brand identity.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

Our digital team built custom tracking using Google Analytics that provided the client with granular insights into their highest-value marketing efforts. Organic social was the single largest referral source of sales, demonstrating the power of a thoughtful strategy.
